Yes. Naltrexone at all 26 facilities and buprenorphine at 13 of them. We continue to onboard more facilities to prescribe buprenorphine.

We hope to bring on more facilities over the next year. I know we are hoping to add one more in September/ October and will plan to add additional ones over the next year.

Staffing and expense. Medication lines for buprenorphine take up a significant amount of staff time because we have only one nurse and two custody officers there. Sometimes it takes all day. Additionally, if we could utilize Sublocade it would be better, but it’s cost prohibitive.

Yes, everyone is provided an aftercare appointment in the community upon release.

More funding for staffing and medication, more staff willing to work inside prisons, additional community providers so that people can receive treatment upon release, and better and more efficient ways to coordinate community appointments.

We attempt to get as close to community standards as possible. We don’t have some of the same resources that the community has though.
