The plan is to make all three medications available. A contracted OTP will come into the prison or telehealth for inductions and into the prison for dispensing.

Everything depends on the availability of funding, but staffing and space are also considerations. 

Yes, we have Opioid Treatment Providers, Certified Behavioral Health Clinics and Comprehensive Community Addiction Recovery Centers. Additionally, some of our Substance Use providers work closely with prescribers.

Two out of 23 facilities ( 8%) will be offering MOUD as part of an RSAT grant funded pilot. 

It is more regulated in prisons. The therapeutic treatment will be a combination of Correctional Therapists and OTP Therapists. The medication lines will be separate of the other medication lines.
